Was man f\u00fcr einen H\u00f6hentrek im Karakorum einpackt<\/h4>\n

Richtig f\u00fcr einen Karakorum-Trek zu packen ist eines der wichtigsten Dinge, die Sie vor der Abreise von zu Hause tun k\u00f6nnen. Packen Sie zu schwer, und Sie werden an langen Gletschertagen k\u00e4mpfen. Lassen Sie eine entscheidende Schicht weg, und eine kalte Nacht in Concordia wird zur Qual. Dieser Leitfaden wurde von unseren in Skardu ans\u00e4ssigen Guides verfasst, basierend auf Tausenden von Tagen, die sie damit verbracht haben, Trekker durch Karakorum, Himalaya und Hindukusch zu f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Diese Liste gilt f\u00fcr unsere gro\u00dfen H\u00f6hentreks, darunter der K2-Basislager- und Gondogoro-La-Trek<\/a>, der Snow-Lake- und Hispar-La-Trek<\/a> und der Vier-8.000-m-Basislager-Trek<\/a>. Leichtere Touren wie die Baltistan-Kulturtour<\/a> erfordern nur einen Teil dieser Liste.<\/p>\n

Schuhwerk \u2014 die wichtigste Entscheidung<\/h4>\n

Trekkingstiefel:<\/strong> Wasserdichte, steifsohlige, kn\u00f6chelst\u00fctzende Stiefel, die vor der Reise eingelaufen wurden. Kaufen Sie keine neuen Stiefel unmittelbar vor einem Karakorum-Trek \u2014 Sie brauchen mindestens 50\u00a0km Gehen darin zuvor. Wir empfehlen La Sportiva, Scarpa, Salomon oder \u00e4hnliches technisches Bergschuhwerk. Steigeisenkompatible Stiefel<\/strong> sind f\u00fcr jeden Trek erforderlich, der die Gondogoro La oder Hispar La \u00fcberquert.<\/p>\n

Lagerschuhe:<\/strong> Leichte Turnschuhe oder Sandalen zum Tragen im Lager nach einem langen Trekkingtag. Ihre F\u00fc\u00dfe m\u00fcssen nach 8\u00a0Stunden in wasserdichten Stiefeln atmen.<\/p>\n

Gamaschen:<\/strong> Unverzichtbar f\u00fcr Gletscherabschnitte \u2014 h\u00e4lt Schnee, Mor\u00e4nenstaub und Schmelzwasser aus Ihren Stiefeln.<\/p>\n

Schichtensystem<\/h4>\n

Basisschicht (x2):<\/strong> Feuchtigkeitsableitende Unterschicht aus Merinowolle oder Synthetik. Merino wird f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Treks bevorzugt, da es Ger\u00fcche \u00fcber mehrere Tage ohne Waschen besser kontrolliert.<\/p>\n

Mittelschicht (x2):<\/strong> Fleece- oder leichte Isolationsjacke. Ein leichteres Fleece f\u00fcr aktive Wandertage; eine schwerere Isolationsschicht f\u00fcr kalte Abende im Lager.<\/p>\n

Daunenjacke:<\/strong> Eine hochwertige Daunenjacke (mindestens 600 Fillpower) ist in der H\u00f6he unerl\u00e4sslich. N\u00e4chte in Concordia (4.500\u00a0m) fallen selbst im Juli unter -10\u00a0\u00b0C. Machen Sie bei diesem St\u00fcck keine Kompromisse.<\/p>\n

Wasserdichte Hardshell-Jacke und -Hose:<\/strong> Gore-Tex oder gleichwertiges wasserdicht-atmungsaktives Material. Das Karakorum-Wetter \u00e4ndert sich rasch \u2014 ein trockener Morgen kann sich nachmittags in einen Schneesturm verwandeln.<\/p>\n

Sonnenhut, warme M\u00fctze und Buff:<\/strong> Alle drei. Die Sonne auf 5.000\u00a0m ist intensiv; kalter Wind oberhalb der Baumgrenze ist unerbittlich.<\/p>\n

Handschuhe:<\/strong> Ein leichter Unterziehhandschuh plus ein wasserdichter \u00dcberf\u00e4ustling. Die H\u00e4nde werden bei einer hohen Pass\u00fcberquerung als Erstes kalt.<\/p>\n

Schlafen<\/h4>\n

Schlafsack mit mindestens -15\u00a0\u00b0C Komfortbereich:<\/strong> Dies ist f\u00fcr Treks zum K2-Basislager und dar\u00fcber hinaus nicht verhandelbar. Daunenschlafs\u00e4cke sind bei gleicher Temperaturbewertung deutlich leichter und kompressibler als synthetische Alternativen. Wir empfehlen einen mit -20\u00a0\u00b0C bewerteten Schlafsack f\u00fcr die Gondogoro-La- oder Snow-Lake-\u00dcberquerungen. Karakoram Venture stellt Isomatten<\/strong> \u2014 Sie brauchen nur Ihren eigenen Schlafsack.<\/p>\n

Schlafsack-Inlett:<\/strong> F\u00fcgt 3 bis 5\u00a0\u00b0C W\u00e4rme hinzu und h\u00e4lt Ihren Schlafsack \u00fcber mehrw\u00f6chige Expeditionen sauber.<\/p>\n

Ausr\u00fcstung, die wir bereitstellen<\/h4>\n

Alle Karakoram-Venture-Pakete<\/a> beinhalten: hochalpine 4-Jahreszeiten-Zelte, Schaumstoff-Isomatten, Kochzelte, Kochausr\u00fcstung, alle Lebensmittel und Brennstoff sowie ein komplettes K\u00fcchenteam. Sie m\u00fcssen keine eigene Campingausr\u00fcstung tragen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr technische Treks mit der Gondogoro La oder Hispar La stellen wir bereit: Fixseilsysteme am Pass, Steigeisentraining im Hochlager und einen erfahrenen Seilf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr die \u00dcberquerung selbst. Sie m\u00fcssen Ihre eigenen Steigeisen und Ihren Eispickel mitbringen (bei Bedarf in Skardu mietbar).<\/p>\n

Fotoausr\u00fcstung<\/h4>\n

Bringen Sie mindestens eine Kamera mit Weitwinkelobjektiv (f\u00fcr Gletscherpanoramen) und einem mittleren Teleobjektiv (f\u00fcr ferne Gipfel und Wildtiere) mit. Ein Stativ ist schwer, aber f\u00fcr Langzeitbelichtungen und Sonnenuntergangs-\/de\/Sonnenaufgangsarbeiten auf hohen P\u00e4ssen von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert.
