Il trek attraverso questa autostrada ghiacciata, attraverso il vasto bacino di <strong>Snow Lake (4.800\u00a0m)<\/strong> e oltre il <strong>passo Hispar La (5.151\u00a0m)<\/strong>, \u00e8 uno dei trek pi\u00f9 remoti, spettacolari e raramente tentati al mondo.<\/p>\n<p>Il nostro <a href=\"https:\/\/karakoramventure.com\/it\/it\/it\/packages\/it\/snow-lake-hisper-la-trek-it\/it\/\">Trek di Snow Lake e Hispar La<\/a> dura 22 giorni da Islamabad a Hunza \u2014 entrando nei ghiacciai da Askole a est ed emergendo nella valle dell&#8217;Hispar a ovest. Questo non \u00e8 un sentiero commercialmente popolare. Non incontrerai quasi nessun altro trekker. La natura selvaggia \u00e8 assoluta.<\/p>\n<h4>Cos&#8217;\u00e8 Snow Lake?<\/h4>\n<p>Snow Lake non \u00e8 in realt\u00e0 un lago \u2014 \u00e8 un vasto bacino glaciale a 4.800 metri dove diversi ghiacciai convergono, creando una distesa bianca e piatta di ghiaccio e neve che si estende fino all&#8217;orizzonte in ogni direzione. I primi esploratori lo chiamarono Snow Lake perch\u00e9 da lontano ricorda un mare ghiacciato. Con 77 chilometri quadrati, \u00e8 uno dei pi\u00f9 grandi bacini glaciali al di fuori dei poli.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>passo Hispar La (5.151\u00a0m)<\/strong> \u00e8 il punto di passaggio tra Snow Lake e il ghiacciaio dell&#8217;Hispar a ovest. La sommit\u00e0 del passo offre viste panoramiche su Batura Sar (7.795\u00a0m), la catena dell&#8217;Hispar Mustagh e, nelle giornate limpide, le lontane vette delle montagne di Hunza visibili a nord-ovest.<\/p>\n<h4>L&#8217;itinerario<\/h4>\n<p>Il trek inizia ad <strong>Askole (3.000\u00a0m)<\/strong> \u2014 lo stesso villaggio che funge da porta d&#8217;accesso al ghiacciaio del Baltoro e al K2. A differenza del Baltoro, il corridoio del ghiacciaio del Biafo si dirige a nord-ovest, passando per i campi incontaminati di <strong>Namla, Mango e i prati di Baintha<\/strong> prima di salire sul ghiacciaio vero e proprio. I prati di Baintha sono uno dei campeggi pi\u00f9 belli di tutto il Pakistan \u2014 un prato alpino pieno di fiori sotto la drammatica sagoma dell&#8217;<strong>Ogre (Baintha Brakk, 7.285\u00a0m)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Da Baintha, ti sposti progressivamente sul ghiacciaio, navigando tra campi di crepacci per raggiungere il <strong>campo base di Sim Gang<\/strong>, l&#8217;ultimo campo prima di Snow Lake.
